Pilates. . . ouch.
I did
"Easy Pilates" yesterday before getting ready for church. I wasn't sore until I got in bed last night, and now every muscle I have aches. This is good, though! It means I got a good workout. I can deal with the ache in my quadricep when I move my foot from the brake to the gas pedal, the pain in my stomach muscles when I cough.
Whine, whine, it's worth it.
I'm going to try and do some more tonight.
